The Beach: Thieves
My sister’s been listening to Thieves on repeat for weeks now, so when she saw The Beach was playing this month’s Communion she made sure we got ticket so we could learn and hear more from this band/artist (it’s confusing). Turns out, The Beach is one guy with band in tow and he’s just lovely. Definitely try see him live, but in the meantime if you haven’t heard it here’s Thieves:
Highs: Highs EP
My sister kindly sent me the link to Highs bandcamp page on Wednesday, I’ve been listening to the Highs EP ever since. They’re a cross between Local Natives, Of Monsters and Men and The Maccabees (guitar riffs). Have a listen and see what you think, I for one think they’re pretty special x

I’ve been a fan of London Grammar since hearing Hey Now at the beginning of the year. They have such a unique sound and thankfully every track they’ve posted on soundcloud since hasn’t disappointed. Wasting My Young Years is their most recent offering and I think it’s sublime. Have a listen x
